Here I was just messing around with some tubes
and obviously some animated sparkles. I really didn't
try too hard to make this neat and nice.
Here I was primarily working on blending techniques
to put several elements together seamlessly. The
highlight of this tutorial was using extensive feathering
on the select tool for sure. Obvious but something I have
more or less over looked anyways all these years.
And once again, taking a somewhat ordinary photo and making it a dramatic
drawing
using a Virtual Painter preset and here also using a mask/frame preset.
Seemed like too much grass in the foreground, so I grabbed a
picture of a fence and put it in there... turned out neat I think.
This is a plugin called virutal painter. I love this one, as you can see. Takes
ordinary photographs
and turns them into beautiful colored pencil drawings or paintings, whatever.
Very pretty.
Always nice to just get rid of "the people"
I had to remove 17 people from this before applying the filter!
The body was weirdly going
off to the right, so I changed that shape and enhanced the
eye color and had to redraw in some whiskers cuz the filter was removing them
too much.
This was just too boring with
all yellow so I tinted the floor a pink color and then applied the filter.
Had to remove a couple of cars and shadows so the filter would apply nicely
here. Also enhanced the sky color.
Pretty obvious all that had to be done here.
Nuns on an airplane turned into nuns "anywhere" deep in prayer instead of just
ignoring a camera on a plane.
Big butt removal... a total
of SEVEN people removed from this shot.
Annoying kid on your boat? Just get rid
of him
and never think about him again, hehe.
Whitened teeth and whites of
eyes, fixed shape of head,
problems
with shape of hair, etc. Removed adams apple,
slightly enhanced eye color.
Here I devised my own method of teeth whitening
which I think improves
on the tutorial I did earlier as it looks more natural. The complete
absence
of saturation looks weird compared to colorized low-level saturation like this.
Here I was messing with self-made tubes, perspective
changes and blending techniques. I am thinking of
re-doing this and taking more time with it as I might
make a gift of it to a Wizard of Oz site I like.
Here I was messing with blending and
self-made tubes as well as some I adopted,
seeing if I could create a mood with somewhat
matching design elements.
Here I was messing with blending and
fill techniques and effects. The ripple
between the "water" and "sand" was actually
the highlight of this tutorial for me and I just about
covered it up, but oh well, I like it anyways.
Here I was messing with self-made as well as
program tubes, effects and blending techniques.
I really like the combination of clean tubes, old-
fashioned drawing and modern matte on this one.
Here I was messing with recreating an already
existing effect and then adding to it so it would fill
the desktop. (One of my favorite jobs to do actually)
Cool shading techniques with a nice preset on
the dark/light tool all hand-done work though.
