Kayak Trip Plans - Undiscovered Waters

A re-hash of Trip #4's plan... making sure to check the TIDE TABLES first, or at the very least try to ensure hundreds of people won't be standing around when we're trying any half-baked ideas to get through the narrow spot at bad tide.  We'll have to launch somewhere South of the troublesome "gorge narrows" if the tide table shows uncooperative tide flows in future.

More Elk/Beaver Lake - without a doubt!  Going to take some cooking gear up next time and have a picnic on the beach and go swimming and everything.  Elk/Beaver Lake has it ALL!

So many GREAT lakes and rivers to choose from!  Check them out at VancouverIsland.com!

Most likely back out to the island's west coast for more exploring... possibly more Sooke Basin but not sure yet... maybe something up by Bird's Eye Cove would be nice, and there's plenty of lakes to chose from as well.
